REMINDER

Late registrants or walk-in registrants may not be able to get their souvenir programs and t-shirts upon registration. This is for the reason that those are completed one month before the event and are allocated to the exact number of participants who registered ahead of time.

So, to enjoy the whole package of the congress, and avoid unnecessary issues, 

PLEASE REGISTER EARLY.

Included in our package is a snap tour to some of the major tourist spots in the province. (Please indicate your desire for the tour as you register so we could provide sufficient transportation. Take off time will be at 12:30 p.m.) Or simply enjoy indoor games like billiards, darts, chess, etc. (to start also at 12:30 p.m.); or take pleasure on the cultural concert at the Sorsogon Cultural Center right beside the congress venue @ 5 p.m. -- to keep you spirited and motivated before the congress proper. So we encourage you to come early (October 22) to experience these relaxing activities.
